Johan is Owner and Chairman of the Board of Weco Group. Weco Group is primarily a Ship Owning Company within tanker segment, multipurpose vessels, RORO line and bulk carriers.

Andreas is currently Chairman of BW Group and its other listed entities, including BW Offshore, Hafnia, Epic Gas and BW Energy. He is also Chairman of the Singapore Maritime Foundation and a trustee of the Lloyd’s Register Foundation.
Mr Sohmen-Pao was previously Chief Executive Officer of BW Group. He has also served as a non- executive director of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ltd, The London P&I Club, The Esplanade Co Ltd, National Parks Board Singapore, Sport Singapore and the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore amongst others.

Christian is the CEO and Partner of the company, he has more than 20 years of shipping experience, whereof the last 14 years as entrepreneur starting Custodia Shipping, Nordic Bulk Carriers and latest at BW Dry Cargo.
He created maritime history when he sent the first vessels via the Northern Sea route. He is the Chairman of Miros Mocean, and a board member in Corvus Energy.
Christian has received executive qualifications from INSEAD.
He is the Chairman of OceanPass.
